Shlomo leads Nesher Construction, with responsibility for estimating, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, construction sequencing, and project follow-through.
Before leading Nesher, he oversaw operations for a multifamily portfolio of more than 1,200 apartments. That work included maintenance, renovations, capital improvements, and coordinating staff and vendors across properties.
Nesher brings that experience to commercial build-outs, warehouse improvements, and property renovations. The work ranges from substantial interior construction and distressed-building rehabs to practical get-readies and defined repair scopes.

Do you coordinate the other trades?
Yes. Nesher coordinates the construction and subcontracted trade work included in the agreed scope, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC where the project calls for them.
How are permits and project paperwork handled?
Permit responsibilities, required plans, trade scopes, and any project-specific documentation are reviewed for the job. Let us know about owner, city, or lender requirements when you send the project details.
Can you review a property before I buy it?
Yes. We provide property walkthroughs and written contractor scopes and renovation estimates for buyers, lender review, and closing budgets. You can start with that service without committing to a full renovation.
Do you work with different property classes and budgets?
Yes. Work includes Class A, B, and C properties, economical rental get-readies, full rehabs, and higher-end renovations. The finish level and scope should fit the property and your plan for it.
